GSE124757: Phosphatase inhibitor PPP1R11 modulates resistance of human T cells towards Treg-mediated suppression of TCR signaling

We have performed RNAseq analysis of human T cells upon PPP1R11 siRNA silencing. We have explored the role of PPP1R11 for the first time in primary human T cells and discovered that PPP1R11 is a novel negative mediator of T cell activation.
