To confirm the effect of estrogen, through the estrogen receptor, on cell cycle progression and to identify the key molecules that play an important role in this regulation, MCF-7aro (ER+ cell line) and C4-12ERaERE (ER lacking cell line stably transfected with ERaERE) were used for RNAseq analysis.
