GSE113609: MPTAC determines APP fragmentation via sensing sulfur amino acid catabolism

The data from the analysis of transcripts of metabolic enzymes suggested the metabolic pathways that are directly/indirectly regulated by MPTAC. The transcript data also supports the metabolomics data, which suggested the connection of metabolic pathways regulated by MPTAC.
