Here, we performed RNA-Seq on mRNA isolated from primary dermal fibroblasts of human, mice and multiple non-human primate species transfected with polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (polyI:C), a synthetic dsRNA analog that invokes a strong interferon-mediated response, or mock transfected.
