GSE129766: Transcriptome sequencing analysis of LncMyod-knockdown satellite cells by RNA-seq

To understand the effect of LncMyod knockdown on cultured satellite cells, we isolated satellite cells from mouse hindlimb and cultured them in vitro with siRNA treatment targeting LncMyod.
