GSE103841: Next Generation Sequencing of WT and DM1 mutant muscle stem cell and its differentiated cells Transcriptomes

Bulk RNA sequencing

In order to decipher the mechanisms of DM1 disease, we generated new DM1 mouse model and found the knockout MuSCs were defects in stem cell differentiation.
