Induced pluripotent stem cells were gene edited to introduce heterozygous (promoter deletion, start site deletion, and exon 27 frameshift) and homozygous (exon 27 frameshift) mutations. iPSCs were differentiated into cardiomyocytes for transcriptome analysis.
