GSE145712: Gene expression and splicing regulation by hnRNPU in skeletal muscle

Hnrnpu is the largest member of the heterogenous nuclear ribonucleoprotein family of RNA binding proteins. Hnrnpu is involved in pre-mRNA alternative splicing regulation.
