Nrf2 plays a critical role in lung cancer. We investigated the gene expression profile in Nrf2 wildtype and knockout tumors. Nrf2 wildtype and knockout mice were injected with 2 or 4 doses of vinyl carbamate (16 mg/kg). Lung tumors were then dissected and pooled from each group to isolate total RNA.
