GSE111167: Impact of dieldrin on transcription in Jurkat T cells

Dieldrin is a pesticide with a suspected impact on chromatin. Here, we have exposed Jurkat cells to dieldrin for 30 min. and examined by next generation sequencing the impact on transcription.
