GSE124419: Characterization of mouse tissues by bulk RNA sequencing

Bulk RNA sequencing

Total RNA of mice tissues (liver, small intestine, lung and kidney) was extracted using liquid N2 and Trizol. mRNA extracted from total RNA was subjected to double-stranded cDNA synthesis and Illumina stranded paired end library prep for sequencing.
